How do credits work?
Credits are used to generate videos. Each generation consumes a certain number of credits based on complexity and length. You can purchase credit packages through in-app purchases, and your credit balance is always visible in your profile.
How long does video generation take?
Generation time varies depending on your request's complexity and current server load. Most videos are ready within a few minutes. You'll receive a notification when your video is complete, and you can check progress in your History tab.
Can I save and share my created videos?
Yes! All your generated videos are saved in your History. You can download them to your device's photo library and share them on social media or with friends. Simply tap the save or share icon on any video.
What if I'm not satisfied with a generation?
You can always generate a new version with adjusted prompts or settings. Try being more specific with your descriptions, adjusting scene count, or experimenting with different settings to get the perfect result.

Troubleshooting
App won't start or crashes frequently
Try restarting your device and ensure you have the latest version of Visionary installed. Requires iOS 17.0 or later.
Video generation fails or gets stuck
Check your internet connection. Your credits will not be deducted if generation fails. Try reopening the app.
Cannot save videos to photo library
Enable photo permissions in iOS Settings > Privacy > Photos > Visionary.
Credits not showing after purchase
Restart the app. If they don't appear in 5 minutes, email support with your receipt.
